Where to eat schnitzel in Vienna: Finding the peak of tradition in the Austrian capital
Vienna, Austria, is the home of the Wiener Schnitzel, that immutably moreish dish where veal is crisply enveloped inside breadcrumbs. There are, of course, variations: cotoletta in Italy; tonkatsu in Japan; challuta valluna in Colombia to name but a few. Former resident Florian Siepert reveals where to go to find a genuine Viennese delicacy.
